His legal career began in 2002 at Peninsula Business Services where he trained on the job as an Employment Law Specialist, whilst undertaking private academic study. From 2006 to 2013 he worked for Bibby Consulting and Support Ltd/Citation plc, advising and representing clients across a broad range of industry sectors including retail, consultancy, manufacturing, security, healthcare and professional services. More recently, Frankie has worked as an independent consultant, establishing a solid client base whilst taking on tribunal casework from Solicitors and employment law consultancies.
Frankie is well-versed in advising on discrimination matters, redundancy, unfair dismissal, wages disputes, equal pay, TUPE regulations and breach of contracts, and has regularly appeared at the Employment Tribunal, nationwide.
With strong communication skills and a thorough, practical knowledge of employment law, Frankie has a proven track record in delivering an excellent client-focused service and prides himself on his ability to break-down complex legal issues in a comprehensible way, whilst minimising the emotive aspects which often emerge during the process.
As a practical individual with a high degree of integrity, Frankie’s key strength lies in his ability to build effective working relationships and find proactive ways to problem-solve, enabling him to assess and manage matters pragmatically.
At Guidance & Support Services Ltd Frankie and Kevin provide an initial no-cost consultation to discuss your needs. Thereafter, our hourly rates are extremely commercial (often at less than half of the cost of an equivalent in legal practice) and can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
